Home Visiting

When: After the referral, we will be in touch
Where: At location of whaiora choosing

Our Home Visiting Service is a kaupapa Māori initiative supporting pāpā through whakawhanaungatanga in their own space.
Referred internally by kaimahi, it’s tailored for pāpā who may find group settings challenging or unable to leave home due to caregiving or other commitments. We focus on building connection, confidence, and pathways into wider services and community engagement.
