Te Puawaitanga ki Ōtautahi Trust along with its collaborators Health New Zealand / Te Whatu Ora, Christchurch PHO, Waitaha Primary Health, ScreenSouth Ltd and Pegasus Health came together to host a Hauora Hub at the Waitaha Regional Senior Kapa Haka Competition on 27 April 2024.
The team offered hauora checks, whanaungatanga, whānau immunisations, health advice, coordination of health services, identifying rangatahi needs, cervical screening and strengthening relationships within our community.
The Trust would like to acknowledge all the kapa who stood for the competition. This vibrant event was full of kaha and we wish all those travelling to Te Matatini in 2025 best of luck!
