An opportunity for breastfeeding whānau and those who live and work with and around them to come together to engage in topics that sit around breast, chest, and infant feeding.
How might the current health reform impact breastfeeding rates, contracts, services?
What role does culture play in breastfeeding, and breastfeeding support and education?
How might whānau stories guide us in how we strengthen breastfeeding in our communities?
There will be a mixture of presentations and group activities, punctuated by whānau stories and kai, all in a beautiful venue on the beach with wheelchair and pushchair access.
