This August, we had a heartfelt poroaki to farewell our General Manager Alison Bourn.
Alison was joined by whānau and friends and kaimahi at Te Puawaitanga, who came together at this very special event. Speakers described her as a mana wahine, acknowledging her dedication to whānau Māori over many years. Under her leadership, the Trust has grown to be the strong and reputable organisation it is today. Among the gifts that were given was a beautiful stone koru for her garden and a blue korowai handcrafted by kaimahi under the guidance of the Trust’s kairaranga.
