Anthea grew up in Ōtautahi and now lives in North Canterbury with her husband and sons. Anthea earned her degree in Health Science and then went on to work in the Social Services Sector for many years, and now is a Clinical Supervisor and Team Lead here at the Trust.

“We all deserve positive experiences, to be treated with respect and to life a life that brings joy.” She is passionate about walking alongside whānau and strives to improve the outcomes for tamariki and provide them with opportunities where they can develop and learn.

Outside of her mahi, Anthea finds joy in family life, providing her boys with many different positive experiences and challenges. When the weekends are not full of sport, she enjoys spending time with whānau and doing new things. She enjoys travelling around Aotearoa and exploring all the amazing places in our whenua or just reading a good book.
