Tim Buchanan is honoured to serve as a trust board member for Te Puawaitanga ki Ōtautahi. With over 15 years of experience in property, finance, and governance, he has a proven track record of delivering strategic outcomes for community and non-profit organisations. Tim’s professional background includes significant tenure with private and local government organisations, where he was involved in governance processes for property transactions with public impact. He has also guided a strategic initiative to provide diverse housing solutions, which required comprehensive strategic planning, financial rigour, and a strong alignment with a charitable trust’s core mission to support people in need. Tim is committed to applying my experience in long-term planning, fiduciary oversight, and asset stewardship to support the mission of Te Puawaitanga ki Ōtautahi.
